It was a perfect 80+ degrees for Dishcrawl Loves Sacramento. 50 dishcrawlers came out (a good amount of them got the memo to bring their shades!) for our four-stop adventure near the State Capitol. We first met up at 3 Fires Lounge, a Sacramento favorite for an after-work bite and drink.
3 Fires Lounge brought out platters of their sliders, spicy penne carbonara and their all-time favorite black garlic fries. The black garlic added a little twist to the already irresistible garlic fries, with a sweet savory taste to top it off. Your partner will still want to still kiss you after these garlic fries! 
After 3 Fires Lounge, we marched on over to 58 Degrees and Holding Company. Famous for their wine bar, many of the dishcrawlers were experiencing the bistro side of 58 Degrees for the first time. Walking past the wine shop, we entered the private party room and were served a platter of bruschetta and the chef’s special pork belly battle boat!
When the dishcrawlers were done pairing their wine with their food at 58 Degrees, we took a light stroll to Cafeteria 15L. We had the huge bar area reserved for the dishcrawlers and were served the restaurant’s famous soup shots and mac n cheese. The soup shots were a great way to cool down and the mac n cheese had a nice rich taste to it!
We took a short walk across the street over to Capitol Garage for our last stop of the night. Chef John Clemons brought out his own backyard garden salad, thin crust pizza to whet everyone’s appetite before finishing off with his famous bledsoe farm pork tenderloin and house made truffles! It was a perfect way for the dishcrawlers to end the night.
We had a lot of fun Sacramento! It was great to see a lot of familiar faces and a lot of new faces as well! Till next time, cheers to great neighbors and food!
